The short version: Lumo does not collect, upload or sell your photos, videos or personal data. Editing happens inside your own browser.

What stays on your device. Photos and videos you add are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. If you press "Add to My photos" or "Save to phone", a copy is kept in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB) on your device only. Remove it any time with Delete or Delete all in My photos, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Camera. Lumo asks for camera access only when you press "Start camera". The picture is shown on your screen and is not recorded or sent anywhere unless you save it yourself. The camera switches off when you leave the tab.

Cookies. Lumo sets no cookies. See the cookie policy.

Third parties. If you choose "Yes, load fonts", your browser asks Google Fonts for the fonts, and Google receives your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy. Our website host may keep basic server logs, such as IP address and time of visit, to keep the site secure.

Advertising and analytics. Lumo currently uses none. If we add any, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

Children. Lumo is for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian's permission.

Your rights and contact. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is normally nothing to access or delete on our side. For any privacy question write to Teamlumosk@gmail.com.

• Your photos and videos are edited on your device and never uploaded.
• Strict browser security rules stop the page from running scripts from other websites or sending your data elsewhere.
• The camera starts only when you press the button, and stops when you leave the tab.
• Files are checked before opening, and very large or unreadable files are refused.
• No account, no password and no payment details are collected on this site.

Lumo is a free tool for adding filters to your own photos and videos. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your content. Your photos and videos stay yours. Only add content you have the right to use. Do not use Lumo for anything illegal, harmful or hateful, for sexual content involving minors, or to edit other people's private photos without permission. You are responsible for what you create and share.

Our content. The Lumo name, design and code belong to the Lumo team. Do not copy or resell them without permission. Filter names describe general photo styles and are not affiliated with any creator, brand or app.

No guarantees. Lumo is provided "as is". Results depend on your photo, device and browser, and we do not promise the site will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything important.

Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, the Lumo team is not liable for losses from using Lumo.

Changes. We may change the site or these terms; continued use means you accept the change. These terms are governed by the laws that apply where Lumo is run.

Lumo does not set any cookies. It uses two pieces of browser storage on your device: lumo-consent (local storage) remembers your font choice, and lumo (IndexedDB) holds the pictures you chose to keep in My photos.

Google Fonts loads only if you press "Yes, load fonts".

Lumo is currently free, so there is nothing to refund, and Lumo Pro is not on sale yet. Before selling anything we will publish the price, what is included and our refund rules here.
